Make a Wish® Foundation of Canada
Make-A-Wish® Canada teams up with communities nationwide to fulfill the wishes of children facing serious illnesses. It’s part of the world’s largest nonprofit wish-granting organization, operating in 30 countries across five continents. Since starting in 1980, Make-A-Wish® has granted 187,000 wishes globally. In Canada, it includes eight local Chapters and a national office in Toronto, Ontario. Their goal is to bring joy and hope to children with life-threatening illnesses by making their wishes come true. Make-A-Wish® is dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of these children, providing them with moments of happiness and optimism.


BC’S Children Hospital
BC Children’s Hospital and Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children are part of the Provincial Health Services Authority. They offer specialized medical care to children in British Columbia who are very sick or injured, from newborns to teenagers. Located in Vancouver, these hospitals provide important health services that might not be found elsewhere in the province. They also train doctors and nurses who specialize in children’s health and partner with top researchers to improve the health of kids and teens. BC Children’s Hospital and Sunny Hill Health Centre are linked with universities like the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University, along with other places focused on education and research.
Cause We Care
The Cause We Care Foundation is a registered charity in Vancouver. They raise funds to help organizations that directly support local single mothers and their children who are facing difficulties. Since 2007, they’ve been working with generous donors and volunteers to assist single mothers in the Lower Mainland through various outreach programs and financial support.
Cause We Care Foundation aims to improve the future for mothers and children. They strive for a future where families lead more fulfilling, empowered, and independent lives. They work towards creating opportunities for positive change by breaking the cycle of poverty.

Sunrise Family Services Society
Sunrise Family Services Society is authorized by the Hague Adoption Convention and licensed by the B.C. government as an adoption agency. They have offices in Vancouver and Victoria and provide adoption services across British Columbia. They also assist women from all over Canada who want to place their child for adoption in B.C.
Sunrise is dedicated to finding caring homes for children from around the globe who need families. They are committed to helping families fulfill their dreams of becoming parents.
